Cancellation and Refund Policy: The deadline for cancellation and full refund requests (less a $50 per person cancellation fee) is October 21, 2016. The deadline for cancellation and 50% refund requests (less a $100/per person cancellation fee) is November 4, 2016. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via mail or email to emontoya@aises.org. No refunds will be granted after November 4, 2016.
